Refund policy
RETURNS: If you aren't absolutely thrilled with your jewelry, please email hello at pliersandstring.com within five (5) days of receipt to arrange for return authorization. Please note that merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Once the return is received, refund will be issued via original payment method. Return freight will be provided via electronic label. Returns requested later than 5 days – unless due to unusual and profound defects in craftsmanship – will not be accepted. Please note: Custom or personalized orders are considered "final sale" and not included under warranty, express or otherwise.
REPAIRS: Please email hello at pliersandstring.com with a description of the issue. A repair fee may or may not be assessed, depending on the degree of repair needed and amount of time passed since original purchase.
